Jon is Associate Head of Client Success at IDP UK and has spent more than 11 years working closely with universities across the sector. During that time, he has supported more than 100 higher education institutions, helping university teams get the most from their partnership with IDP and using student insight and data to support their recruitment and engagement priorities.

Jon works directly with university partners to understand their individual challenges and ambitions, identify opportunities and ensure IDP’s products, services and insight deliver meaningful impact.

Alongside his client work, Jon contributes to non-commercial projects that support greater transparency and knowledge-sharing across the sector. He is passionate about strong university partnerships and about turning student insight into practical actions that help institutions improve recruitment, engagement and the prospective student experience.
