Rachel is Director of Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement at IDP UK, leading engagement with university partners, government and key sector stakeholders, alongside B2B Marketing.

Before joining IDP in 2022, Rachel was Director of International at the University of York and Head of Recruitment at the University of Strathclyde, following seven years with Navitas in Edinburgh and Melbourne.

Rachel’s work combines global student insight, sector expertise and thought leadership to inform conversations about the future of international higher education. She brings together perspectives from students, universities, government and industry to explore changing student expectations, global competitiveness and the future of international student recruitment.
