William joined BHASVIC as Principal in 2016 having spent 15 years at Godalming College where he started as a Psychology teacher and progressed to Assistant Principal.

He has had voluntary roles with ChildLine and The Children’s Society and was Vice-Chair of the Feltham Young Offenders Independent Monitoring Board between 2006-2012.

He is the Sixth Form Colleges representative on the Board of Directors for the Association of Colleges and represents Sixth Form Colleges on the Skills Minister’s Further Education Leaders Advisory Group.
